How Ayesha Selden Went From the Projects to Multi-Millionaire

There’s a success story in everyone, regardless of where you come from. Even with obstacles in the way, such as education and access to resources, particularly in lower-income black communities, remember: where there’s a will, there’s a way.

By putting in the work, getting your mindset straight, and staying focused on the end goal, you CAN overcome and achieve your dreams!

And, on this episode of the His & Her Money Show, our guest knows all about it. Entrepreneur extraordinaire Ayesha Selden is in and ready to drop some wisdom on everybody listening! Ayesha always knew she was gonna be successful, and she did THAT and THEN some.

She took on the stock market and real estate industry single-handed. Furthermore, she built up a million-dollar business plan and amassed a strong set of values and wisdom along the way that she’s spreading around as far as she can reach.

Ayesha knows that positive examples and role models in black communities are essential to introducing our kids to the what-could-be, and a stepping stone to getting them the tools and resources to make it happen. And her story is proof in living color.

She always knew she was destined to be a millionaire. Even growing up in the projects with a single mom, she was set on the path to success at an early age. So, she hit the grind, and with hard work and tenacity, she’s climbed the ladder all the way up through stock brokerage and built a real estate investment empire, with 35 doors in her toolbox and no sign of slowing down.

Today, she’s dropping some practical investment advice right here as well as keeping the conversation going on investment, wealth building. Ayesha also breaks down the importance of just going for it as up-and-coming black industry leaders and entrepreneurs.
